Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Objektplanung Gebäude, Teilprojekt 3 Erweiterung ZOP und Errichtung von 16 IMC-Betten

The DRK Kliniken Berlin are merging their Mitte and Westend sites as part of the 2025 hospital reform and increasing ambulatory care. The Mitte site will be closed; inpatient care will be ensured there until at least 2028. The Westend site will develop into a maximum care provider at the Level 3 care level with comprehensive emergency care. Construction preparatory measures will be implemented at the Westend site. The subject of this procedure is the sub-project (TP) 3 "Extension of ZOP and establishment of 16 IMC beds". The cost estimate is 25,530,000 EUR gross (KGR 200-700). The sub-project is part of the funding from the Hospital Structure Fund, which in total comprises 7 sub-projects with 18 individual measures.
