Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – PTB - Neubau Elektrischer Explosionsschutz (Cremer Bau) - Projektsteuerung und BIM-Management

The subject of the contract is the provision of project management services and BIM management (Building Information Modeling) for the new construction "Electrical Explosion Protection (Cremer Building)" on the site of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Braunschweig. The new construction serves to consolidate and modernise the departments of explosion protection and includes office, laboratory and measurement rooms. The project is to be implemented in accordance with the guidelines for sustainable building (BNB Silver Certification) and using the BIM methodology. Compliance with the relevant guidelines and requirements of the Federal Government, particularly with regard to sustainability, accessibility, energy efficiency and technical monitoring, must be ensured.
