The desired occupational health services are threefold: (1) absence prevention; (2) absence guidance and (3) taking over the current tasks regarding the scheduling of appointments and supporting complex cases for the management (by monitoring files and timely intervention in incorrect files). In recent years, ASG has used company doctors for an average of 20 hours per week (based on 40 weeks per year). The costs for this amounted to an average of € 250,000 per year. Based on the new desired situation, with a different scope and expansion of services compared to previous years, an annual contract value of € 500,000 is envisaged.
