Technical and environmental mission for the conception of new lines as part of the LNOBPL project. The contractual organisation of the contract is structured as follows: A firm lot (TF) with a duration of 24 months from notification, covering all the services provided for this purpose. Four optional lots (TO1 to TO4), activated successively by order, intended to complete and adjust the studies carried out in the firm lot until the end of phase 2 of the preliminary studies LNOBPL. They allow for the integration of lessons learned from consultation, territorial dialogue and exchanges with co-financing partners, while ensuring the continuity of the skills mobilised and the adaptation of the methods to the progress of the studies. Four complementary optional lots (TO5 to TO8), mobilisable by order, relating to specific services not covered by the firm lot or by the renewal lots. They concern targeted feasibility studies (station or line improvements, speed increase, new line addition) and allow to respond to needs identified during the study.
