The subject of the contract is the supply and purchase of electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the PE Act and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system for the subject points of receipt participating in the procedure, the list of which is included in the Specification of Contract Conditions.
