Supply of vital signs monitors and ECG devices with integration into the IT system of the Hospital for the Hospital Departments of COZL as part of the project entitled „Construction of a diagnostic and preventive center and modernization of the infrastructure of the Centre of Oncology of the Lublin Region named after St. John of Dukla in Lublin in order to improve access and quality of oncological diagnostics and treatment in the Lublin Voivodeship”. The order has been divided into 2 parts: Part 1 – Vital Signs Monitor – 30 units. The detailed description of the subject of the order, technical requirements, equipment and warranty and service conditions are specified in Annex 2, Part 1 to SWZ, and the conditions for the implementation of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ. Part 2 – ECG devices – 23 units. The detailed description of the subject of the order, technical requirements, equipment and warranty and service conditions are specified in Annex 2, Part 2 to SWZ, and the conditions for the implementation of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ. 2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to: a) deliver the subject of the order together with the documents required in the SWZ to the seat of the Ordering Party; b) assemble the subject of the order at the place indicated by the Ordering Party; c) install and commission the integration with the Hospital systems of the subject of the order; d) conduct training for the staff of the Ordering Party in the scope of operation and rational exploitation of the subject of the order; e) deliver with the subject of the order the operating instructions, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for proper operation, rules for providing services by an authorized service during the post-warranty period, list of consumables used in current operation, remaining documentation required by law, implementation of the remaining conditions specified in the SWZ; f) deliver the subject of the order in packages made of material that is easily recyclable, or from materials from renewable sources or should be packages covered by a multiple use system. Packaging materials must be easily sortable by hand and suitable for recycling, and their composition should include one type of material (e.g. cardboard, paper, plastic, textile material); g) conduct training that covers elements related to the regulation and adjustment of equipment parameters related to the use of electrical energy in order to optimize energy consumption. h) in the case where the subject of the order is IT hardware/software – the IT hardware/software meets the requirements specified in the generally applicable laws, including the Act of 17 February 2005 on the informatization of the activities of entities performing public tasks and the Act of 28 April 2011 on the information system in health protection and executive acts issued on the basis of these acts, if these provisions apply to the subject of the order.
