Contract title: "Contract for the renovation of the Women's Thermal Spa Department of the Széchenyi Gyógyfürdő and Uszoda (formerly known as Női Termál) - Phase I" (Contract). Procedure type: Open procurement procedure pursuant to Section 81 of the Second Part of the Public Procurement Act (Procurement Procedure). The subject of the procurement procedure is the renovation of the women's thermal pools within the building of the Széchenyi Gyógyfürdő and Uszoda (Spa) located at 9-11 Állatkerti körút, Budapest, XIV District. The task in the existing protected monument building is the partial demolition of the pool floors, as well as the reconstruction of the mechanical and electrical systems, the reinforcement of the structural systems, and the restoration of the elements representing monument value (wood, metal, stone, artificial stone, stucco, etc.). The floor structure between the ground floor and the upper floor, the ground floor partition walls and the pool linings up to the upper level of the load-bearing structure, as well as the elements of the pool drainage, and the vaults marked on the demolition plans will be demolished. In addition to the above, the built-in furniture, sanitary ware, internal and external windows (excluding those to be retained as recommended by the original builder and the wood restorer), sauna furniture, radiators and mechanical covering elements in the affected areas will be demolished and replaced. The building's mechanical engineering pipes will be replaced, repaired, and temporarily removed to ensure the continuous operation of the Spa.
