Poland – Lime – Ustanowienie Dynamicznego Systemu Zakupów dotyczącego dostaw sorbentów wapiennych w kategorii wapno (wapno hydratyzowane i wapno palone) dla potrzeb PGE Energia Ciepła S.A., Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A., PGE Zielona Góra S.A. i PGE Toruń S.A. w latach 2026-2029

The subject of the Contract is the supply of lime sorbents in the lime category (hydrated lime and quicklime) for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A., Zespołu Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A., PGE Zielona Góra S.A. and PGE Toruń S.A. as described in the Appendices to the Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the individual Subject Descriptions of the Contract, which are Appendices to the Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority, are preliminary in nature, and the requirements specified therein may be subject to change. The final requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the description of the subject and the rules for the implementation of a given Contract will be specified in the Technical Specification, which will be provided as part of the given Contract.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Contract into Parts during the course of the Contracting Procedure, with the simultaneous determination of the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to a single Contractor.
