Poland – Public road transport services – Świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego o charakterze użyteczności publicznej w gminnych autobusowych przewozach pasażerskich

The subject of the contract is the provision of a public transport service with a public utility character in municipal bus passenger transport in the city and municipality of Głuchołazy. The organiser of the service is the Municipality of Głuchołazy (the Contracting Authority). The contractor selected in this procedure becomes, upon conclusion of the contract, the Operator within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on Public Transport of 16 December 2010 (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1231). The contractor undertakes to provide transport services in accordance with the designated transport routes and timetable, while observing the regulations on road traffic, transport law, the regulation on the technical conditions of vehicles and their necessary equipment, as well as other legal provisions concerning operators and carriers. The Contracting Authority assumes that throughout the period of implementation of the contract (for the valuation of the service, it is assumed that the transport service will be provided from 02.01.2027 to 31.12.2027), the minimum planned total amount of vehicle-kilometres will be 201 477.50 vehicle-kilometres. A detailed breakdown of the estimated number of vehicle-kilometres and the number of days of service provision is contained in the list - annex no. 1 to the SWZ.
