Poland – Hire of buses and coaches with driver – Usługa wynajmu autobusów i autokarów wraz z kierowcą

The subject of the contract is the rental of buses and coaches with a driver in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and with the price form – Annex No. 3 a / 3 b to the SWZ (for the respective parts). The quantities of kilometres of travel and hours of stops included in the option will be additionally used, upon request of the Contracting Authority, at the unit prices specified in the price form during the contract implementation period. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of contract implementation are included in the draft provisions of the contract (together with the annexes). 3. In accordance with Article 441 of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of exercising the right of option. The Contracting Authority has set a basic level of contract, which may be extended by increasing the number of kilometres of travel and hours of stops to the maximum quantity specified in the table of the price form in the "Option Quantity" column. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to state that services covered by the right of option must be performed on the conditions specified in detail in the draft provisions of the contract. 4. The quantities of services performed have been specified in the price form (Annex No. 3a/3b). 5. Persons participating in the implementation of the contract who do not have Polish citizenship must obtain a permit from the relevant authorities for these persons to enter the unit's premises in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 "Instructions on the organisation of international cooperation in the Ministry of National Defence" constituting an annex to Decision No. 107/MON of the Minister of National Defence of 18 August 2021 on the organisation of international cooperation in the Ministry of National Defence (Journal of the Ministry of National Defence 2021, Item 177). 6. During the implementation of the contract, it is prohibited to use flying devices over military terrain and sound and image recording devices. In the case of vehicles equipped with a camera or video recorder, its user is obliged to turn off or dismantle the device before entering the military complex. 7. The contractor is prohibited from entering the military area with mechanical vehicles produced in the PRC (marked in the certificates of approval and/or on the identification plates, No. VIN as "Produced in PRC" or "Made in China") and other vehicles equipped with devices for recording image and sound to the area of the Complexes to the protected zone III.
