The subject of the contract is the provision of services G to the Contracting Authority, consisting of the transport of postal consignments within the Courses. The Contractor shall be obliged to accept postal consignments for transport within the Courses specified in accordance with the service implementation schedule, which is Annex 1 to the contract draft, and to deliver them at the places and times specified in this annex. 2. As part of the service provision, the Contractor shall be obliged to load and unload the items referred to in paragraph 1, checking their packaging for damage or tampering, and the number of items loaded for conformity with the shipping list or other transfer document.
