The municipality of Nohfelden intends to carry out the conversion of the primary school in Gonnesweiler into a single-track all-day school based on a feasibility study. Based on an initial cost estimate, the expected costs for cost groups 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 amount to approximately 4.4 million EUR (gross). The subject of this tender are the services of the technical equipment according to §§ 53, 55 HOAI (plant groups 1, 2, 4, performance phases 1-8). The new construction will presumably be subsidised with public funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to award individual performance phases in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all performance phases. In the event of the call-off of performance phases, the contractor is obliged to provide the respective services.
