Germany – Carpentry installation work – Neubau Grundschule mit Einfeldsporthalle und Kita, Lübeck - Los Zimmerer, Holzbau und Fassadenbauarbeiten

Within a newly developed construction site for approximately 600-700 apartments, a three-track primary school with a single-court sports hall and a daycare facility with 5 groups will be built on a municipal plot of land. In total, a school new build with approximately 6,400 m² gross floor area will be created on a plot of approximately 5,700 m². The school new build is planned to be four-storey in a wood-concrete hybrid construction method. The load-bearing structure in the ground floor and for all staircases is made of reinforced concrete. All other load-bearing elements are wooden skeleton constructions with 14cm concrete overlays at floor level. The external walls for the entire building are planned in prefabricated timber frame elements with pre-glazing to achieve a constructionally sealed state for the interior fit-out as quickly as possible. The external cladding consists predominantly of wooden cladding, partly ceramic.
