Romania – Natural gas – Furnizare gaze naturale pentru Spitalul Clinic Județean de Urgenta Bistrita

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of natural gas for the Bistrita County Emergency Clinical Hospital. The terms in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information requested by interested economic operators: by the 11th day before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for the submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested, before the deadline for the submission of tenders, is 18 days. In the event of the completion of the centralised public procurement procedure for the supply of natural gas, organised by ONAC, the present award procedure will be terminated by law, starting from the date of entry into force of the Framework Agreements concluded by ONAC with the economic operators declared winners.
