Germany – Business travel services – Rahmenvertrag Bearbeitung von Reisekostenabrechnungen nach BRKG

All business trips are usually processed by a group called Travel & Personal Supplementary Services (PNL) which is currently located in the Human Resources Department and consists of three travel expense clerks. An external service provider has already supported on an as-needed basis. To ensure timely processing of incoming business trips, support from an external service provider will also be required in the future. The service for processing travel expense claims is to be procured. The service includes, in particular, the verification and entry of receipts, the calculation of reimbursable amounts, and the corresponding documentation.
