The subject of the contract is the preparation of construction and execution project documentation with an investor's cost estimate, a work schedule, a tender cost estimate, and Technical Specifications for the Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works, along with obtaining, on behalf of and in the name of the Contracting Authority, all the legal requirements and necessary agreements, opinions, and administrative decisions, enabling the submission of an application for a building permit, aimed at the reconstruction of Malinowa and Sadowa Streets, located in the city of Słupsk, along with the performance of author's supervision over the execution of the works. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ along with the annexes. 3. The procedure is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender, as referred to in Article 132 of the Act of 11.09.2019 on Public Procurement, also referred to in this notice as the "Pzp Act".
