Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The objective is to achieve a satisfactory level of cleanliness, comfort and hygiene for users in order to ensure the most welcoming appearance possible; indeed, the better the contractor's services, the more likely users are to respect the site and the facilities made available to them for the public toilets of Le Mans Métropole and the City of Le Mans.
