France – Construction work for engineering works except bridges, tunnels, shafts and subways – Travaux de reconstruction et de réhabilitation du collecteur unitaire "Le Napoléonien" à Rambouillet - Phase candidature

The scope of the works covers the unitary network "le Napoléonien" located inside the park of the Château de Rambouillet, just upstream of the Guéville wastewater treatment plant. The works include:

• The open-trench laying of 575ml of DN2000mm cast-iron drainage pipes, at a depth of between 2.50m and 5.10m approximately,

• The spot rehabilitation (elimination of infiltrations) of the existing collectors by the following techniques: DN1500mm: installation of stainless-steel sleeves (including preparatory works); DN1200mm: injection into the masonry and repair of the base;

• The creation of a C3 distribution chamber in cast-in-place concrete at the junction between the existing DN1200mm and DN1500mm and the projected DN2000mm pipe,

• The connection of the projected DN2000mm pipe to the PRV DN2000mm collector that feeds the Gazeran wastewater treatment plant,

• The disconnection of the overflow from the Étang du Brochet and its connection to the existing EP network,

• The disconnection of the overflow from the Étang de la Faisanderie.
