Framework agreement under which subsequent contracts will be concluded, the subject of which is the provision of maintenance, service and technical support for the BDC (centralised database which includes the software application and the set of hardware equipment) used for the purpose of providing the number portability service, in accordance with the minimum mandatory requirements set out in Section 2: Statement of Work.
