Poland – Solar photovoltaic modules – Zielona energia dla Kraśnika – dostawa i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych z magazynami energii w ramach projektu pn. „Kraśnik – Bezpieczne Miasto Nowej Generacji” – etap I

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled „Green Energy for Kraśnik – Supply and Installation of Photovoltaic Systems with Energy Storage as part of the project entitled „Kraśnik – Safe City of the New Generation” – Stage I”. 2. The subject of the contract is implemented within the framework of the Polish-Swiss Programme for the Development of Cities, co-financed from the Second Edition of the Swiss Financial Assistance for selected Member States of the European Union in order to reduce socio-economic disparities within the European Union – project entitled „Kraśnik - Safe City of the New Generation” and the state budget. 3. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Pzp Act, allows the submission of partial offers with a division into 3 parts, as follows: 1) Part 1 of the contract – supply and installation of photovoltaic systems with energy storage for buildings: sports hall at Primary School No. 3 in Kraśnik, Primary School No. 3 in Kraśnik, fishing station, Integracyjne Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 in Kraśnik, 2) Part 2 of the contract – supply and installation of photovoltaic systems with energy storage for buildings: Municipal Public Library, Municipal Kindergarten No. 5 in Kraśnik, sports hall at Primary School No. 2 in Kraśnik, Civil Registry Office, 3) Part 3 of the contract – supply and installation of photovoltaic systems with energy storage for buildings: sports hall at Primary School No. 1 in Kraśnik, Primary School No. 1, Primary School No. 4. 4. Part 1 of the contract concerns: 1) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 6.12 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 5 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the sports hall of Primary School No. 3 in Kraśnik, ul. Urzędowska 435, 23-200 Kraśnik, 2) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 33.66 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 15 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the building of Primary School No. 3 in Kraśnik, ul. Urzędowska 435, 23-200 Kraśnik, 3) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 18.87 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 20 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the building of the fishing station, ul. Nadrzeczna, 23-200 Kraśnik, land plot with cadastral number 442, Budzyń cadastral area, 4) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 14.28 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 15 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the building of Integracyjne Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 in Kraśnik, ul. Balladyny 8, 23-204 Kraśnik. 5. Part 2 of the contract concerns: 1) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 8.16 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 10 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the Municipal Public Library, ul. Koszarowa 10a, 23-200 Kraśnik, 2) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 9.69 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 10 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of Municipal Kindergarten No. 5, ul. Spółdzielcza 3, 23-200 Kraśnik, 3) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 44.37 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 25 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the sports hall at Primary School No. 2 in Kraśnik, ul. Urzędowska 10, 23-200 Kraśnik, 4) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 5.1 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 5 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the building of the Civil Registry Office in Kraśnik, ul. Urzędowska 34, 23-200 Kraśnik. 6. Part 3 of the contract concerns: 1) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 6.63 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 10 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the sports hall at Primary School No. 1 in Kraśnik, ul. Kościuszki 23, 23-200 Kraśnik, 2) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 26.52 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 20 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the building of Primary School No. 1 in Kraśnik, ul. Kościuszki 23, 23-200 Kraśnik, 3) supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 10.2 kWp with an energy storage system with a capacity of 25 kWh, location of photovoltaic panel installation – roof of the building of Primary School No. 4 in Kraśnik, ul. Kolejowa 28, 23-200 Kraśnik. 7. The contract shall be executed in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting the annexes to SWZ No. 11a (concerns Part 1 of the contract), 11b (concerns Part 2 of the contract), 11c (concerns Part 3 of the contract).
