Greece – Administrative services of agencies – Ενίσχυση των διεργασιών της ΚΥ ΜΟΔ Α.Ε. σε θέματα επιστημονικής, τεχνικής και λειτουργικής υποστήριξης

The subject of the contract is the provision of specialised services for the enhancement of the scientific, technical and operational support of the M.O.D. S.A., with the aim of effectively supporting the works and actions undertaken by the company within the framework of its responsibilities. The recourse to the procedure for the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services of external collaborators becomes necessary due to the increased and new responsibilities assigned to the company, in combination with the fact that the main volume of these works requires specialised knowledge, experience and expertise, which cannot be covered in a timely manner by the existing human resources, due to the already increased workload and limited available human resources. The recourse to the provision of services through external collaborators is absolutely necessary in order to ensure, on the one hand, the provision of specialised services and to provide support in covering the needs of operational and administrative support of the company's processes and, on the other hand, the optimal utilisation of the available human resources, contributing to the smooth operation and achievement of the company's objectives. This specific assignment constitutes the most appropriate solution and through it it is ensured that it does not cover permanent and continuous needs through a service provision contract.
