Description

The contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the cutting of masts, collection and recycling of materials and electrical components for scrapping. The work includes removal and scrapping of phase conductors, earth conductors, earth conductors with OPGW, insulator strings and masts. The work also includes repair of damage caused by travel to and from the collection site, transport of the materials and disposal. All material collected must be handled correctly in accordance with applicable rules. Material that can be reused must be transported to recycling. The value of the materials accrues to Energinet. For further details regarding the procurement, refer to the relevant annexes. The framework agreement has a duration of 6 years. The framework agreement may be extended twice for 1 year. The value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to 100 million DKK excl. VAT. Consumption can only be considered an estimate, and is therefore not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the selected tenderer. The maximum value of the framework agreement amounts to 125 million DKK excl. VAT. The maximum value is calculated as the total expected value of all supply contracts during the duration of the framework agreement, incl. all options and possible extensions. Once the maximum value is reached, the framework agreement can no longer be used. The estimated and maximum value has been determined on the basis of a reasonable estimate in accordance with the explanatory note.
