The subject of the Public Contract is: (i) the installation of cooling units and heat pumps, including accessories, piping and power connections within the EGC1 and EGC2 engine rooms and necessary building modifications; (ii) the design and technological solution for the pump stations and heat accumulators for each EGC; (iii) the implementation of 12 piping circuits, including accompanying exchangers and other components as further specified in the documentation; (iv) the construction of new piping bridges and the modification of existing ones; (v) high-voltage cabling; (vi) the installation of an automated control system, including distributors and data cabling. The subject of the Public Contract, including the technical conditions, is precisely defined in the Draft Contract for Work (hereinafter the "Contract"), a binding template of which is Annex No. 1 to the ZD.
