1. The subject of the procurement is the purchase of technical support and maintenance (Software Update License & Support) for Oracle software owned by the Buyer. 2. The description of the subject of the procurement is included in Annex 1 to the Specification. 3. The method of implementing the procurement is specified in the Contract Project, which is Annex 2 to the Specification.
