The Stadttangente Bern is one of the most heavily trafficked sections of the national road network. Between 2008 and 2012, the Stadttangente was comprehensively renovated, with surfacings replaced and numerous inventory objects repaired and strengthened. In addition, noise protection was enhanced and adapted to the requirements of the time on the affected sections. Around 15 years have passed since then, and the condition of the wearing courses has deteriorated noticeably. In recent years, there has been an increase in pavement damage, leading to a rise in short-term necessary maintenance measures (kbU). Within the project perimeter, both a UeMa surfacing replacement and a maintenance project will be carried out. The project perimeter includes the following four national road sections: · N01.16 (Bethlehem interchange – Forsthaus) · N01.20 (Forsthaus – Wankdorf junction) · N06.32 (Wankdorf junction – Wankdorf interchange) · N12.84 (Bümpliz interchange – Weyermannshaus junction) The current procurement includes the mandate for the traffic project manager for the interim measure (Phases 32-53) and the maintenance project (maintenance concept (EK) up to Phase 53) - The project will be created using the BIM planning method. Description of the mandate for the traffic project manager: · Interim measure (UeMa) surfacing replacement (Phases 32-53) · Maintenance project: maintenance concept (EK) until commissioning (Phase 53) The planning and implementation of the UeMa surfacing replacement will run in parallel with the maintenance project (see 06_Schedule). In total, there are 146 inventory objects (IO) which are divided into the following areas: - Route / Environment: 42 - Artistic structures: 52 - Tunnels / Geotechnics: 43 - BSA: 3 - Third-party objects: 6
