Poland – Architectural design services – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadania "Modernizacja/rozbudowa siedziby RD i OD Poznań wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu w lokalizacji przy ulicy Panny Marii 2 w Poznaniu"

Execution of design documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, investor's cost estimate, scope of works, interior equipment and arrangement project, BIOZ information, concept with visualisation, provision of active authorial supervision including the transfer to the Contracting Authority of proprietary author's rights and permission to exercise dependent author's rights, which will enable the selection of the contractor for the future construction work related to the investment task entitled: "Modernisation/expansion of the RD and OD Poznań headquarters along with the development of the area at ul. Panny Marii 2 in Poznań", including the construction of an office-technical building composed of two segments, three floors and a logistics back-up with the necessary infrastructure on the land registry plots no. 1/1; 1/2; 1/4; 2/4; 2/6; 3/1; 3/2; 4/1; 4/2, district Śródka; at ul. Panny Marii 2 in Poznań. Some of the plots are subject to MPZP. The task includes at least: 1.1 Execution of design documentation based on the approved concept (the concept is in the possession of the Contracting Authority), 1.2 Execution of greenery inventory, 1.3 Execution of design documentation for interior equipment and arrangement, 1.4 Execution of design documentation for demolitions, 1.5 Based on detailed geotechnical documentation (geotechnical opinion, documentation of soil investigations, geotechnical project, geological-engineering documentation), and inventory of existing buildings (including verification of settlement), a technical expertise should be prepared, determining the impact of the settlement of the newly designed buildings on the existing buildings. This expertise should refer to each stage of construction. 1.6 Execution of design documentation including: a) land development project, b) architectural and construction project, c) technical projects in all sectors, d) executive projects in all sectors, e) BIOZ information, 1.7 Execution of work items and investor's cost estimates for the subject design documentation. Execution of the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works for each sector, including, among others: a) architectural, b) structural, c) construction, d) road, e) sanitary, f) electrical, g) low-voltage, h) HVAC 1.9 Obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority all decisions and permits, including at least for demolition, tree felling, removal of collisions, conditions, permits and opinions necessary to obtain a building permit with a finality clause for the subject investment. 1.10 Obtaining the necessary permits from the conservator of monuments. 1.11 Execution of the archaeological project, obtaining the necessary permits and managing archaeological investigations. 1.12 The design documentation must contain detailed methods of ensuring the continuity of operation of the existing objects on the investment site throughout the future construction period. It is necessary to guarantee the continuity of supply of media to the functioning objects, including, among others, water supply, electricity, heat, sewerage and rainwater. It is also necessary to guarantee the availability of infrastructure for charging electric vehicles in a quantity not less than currently possessed by the Contracting Authority. 1.13 The Contracting Authority envisages the demolition of part of the existing objects and the construction of new ones. To maintain the continuity of the Contracting Authority's operations, it is necessary to relocate employees and materials, tools, vehicles and specialist equipment from the work site and to provide temporary facilities enabling uninterrupted business operations. The design documentation must contain detailed solutions for the temporary organisation of office spaces, brigade rooms, social and living back-up, rooms for storing materials and tools, parking of vehicles and specialist equipment, as well as temporary organisation of vehicle traffic. The design documentation must also contain detailed solutions for temporary installations necessary to ensure the continuity of the Contracting Authority's operations. 1.14 Fulfillment of active authorial supervision (at the stage of conducting the tender procedure for selecting the Contractor of construction works and at the stage of implementing the investment until obtaining a final and binding permit for the use of the objects).
