The subject of the contract is the preparation of the Project in accordance with the current Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-user program (design documentation including the land development, architectural and construction, and technical design) for the construction of: - a stormwater channel in ul. Dolna Wilda, from ul. Ojca Mariana Żelazka to ul. Królowej Jadwigi in the locality of Poznań as part of the investment task „General drainage basin - relief of the general drainage network in the area of ul. Dolna Wilda” (task no 0-05-25-144-1) along with obtaining a legally binding building permit / notification of construction works along with obtaining a certificate of no objection from the architectural and construction administration authority accepting the building or performance of other construction works appropriate for the subject matter of the task (AQUANET S.A. allows for the obtaining of a building permit or the above certificate in electronic form. Whether the building permit or the above certificate will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the discretion of the Contractor) and the performance of author's supervision in the phase of realization of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor for the performance of construction works until the signing of the final acceptance protocol of these works. Detailed requirements regarding the Subject of the Contract as well as all information regarding design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by „AQUANET” S.A. constituting the basis for design. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is Annex no. 9 to the SWZ.
