Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Architect Kindcentrum Florabuurt

The Municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel is engaged in the area development of the Florabuurt area. The design assignment briefly involves the new construction of a multifunctional facility (MFA), hereinafter referred to as the Florabuurt children's centre. This new construction will be used by the schools Triangel and De Klim-Op, two childcare organisations, Sportief Capelle (gymnasium) and Welzijn Capelle (children's lab) and Pameijer with development centre Cocoon. The total design assignment amounts to approximately 4,827 m2 Gross Floor Area (GFA). The contract will be awarded in phases and includes the following phases: * structural design; * preliminary design; * final design; * technical design; * execution-ready design; * aesthetic supervision.
