Bulgaria – Sewerage management services – "Планови и аварийни дейности по почистване на канализация, почистване и отводняване на топлофикационни камери на обекти на "Топлофикация София" ЕАД"

The subject of the contract is "Planned and emergency activities for cleaning of sewers, cleaning and drainage of heating chambers of objects of "Toplofikatsia Sofia" EAD" and includes the performance of the following main activities: Planned and emergency activities for cleaning of sewers, cleaning and drainage of heating chambers, carried out with specialized sewer cleaning equipment; Services performed with construction machinery, transport equipment and manually; Delivery of materials – the delivered and incorporated materials, necessary for the activities, described in Section II – Services performed with construction machinery, transport equipment and manually – from the table, incorporated in point II.2 of the current technical specification – must be accompanied by a certificate and a declaration of conformity, in accordance with Ordinance No. RD-02-20-1 of 05 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for placing construction products in the constructions of the Republic of Bulgaria; Organisation of activities for collection, transportation, neutralization and utilization of construction and other waste, arising as a result of the implementation of activities for the realization of the object, in accordance with the requirements of the Waste Management Act and the Ordinance for the management of construction waste and for the placing of recycled construction materials, adopted with PMS No. 267 of 05 December 2017; Deposition of earth masses and construction waste; Measures related to the protection of the environment and the activities of the object, as not to allow, during the execution, damage or destruction of engineering infrastructure; Measures related to the conduct of the necessary instruction, as the contractor must ensure compliance with all the requirements and measures of ZBUT (in accordance with the current regulatory framework) by all its workers and employees participating in the execution of the assigned activities. The relations between the parties in this regard are regulated in a separate Agreement for joint insurance under ZBUT, which is considered an integral part of the forthcoming contract to be concluded between them; Preparation of acts/protocols for the works performed in kind and reporting documents; Elimination of defects and deficiencies identified upon acceptance of the completed works. The contractor must provide persons who will participate in the execution of the order, as the same must meet the following requirements: to have the necessary legal capacity and qualification; to have undergone initial and periodic instruction; to have the necessary work, special work clothing and personal protective equipment, in accordance with the nature of the activities performed. The deadline for the execution of the subject of the contract is 48 (forty-eight) months or until the indicated forecast value is reached, whichever event occurs first.
