Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, w Siedlcach w latach 2027-2028

The subject of the contract is “Collection and disposal of municipal waste from property owners, where residents live, in Siedlce in the years 2027-2028”, the scope of which includes: • collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and delivery to the Municipal Installation (IK), • collection of municipal waste collected selectively, in accordance with the current Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Siedlce and the resolution on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing these wastes in exchange for the fee paid by the property owners for municipal waste management, • disposal (recovery and neutralization) of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the legal provisions, • equipping properties with the appropriate number of bags and containers for the collection of different types of waste to implement the subject of the contract, • maintaining containers for waste collection in an appropriate state of order, technical and sanitary condition (disinfection and disinsection and technical repairs of containers), • handling requests and complaints related to the implementation of the subject of the contract and orders for services.
