Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Postępowanie: „Odebranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości i PSZOK zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Łąck w 2027 roku”

The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the area of the Gmina Łąck and from the area of the PSZOK located at the Gminny Zakład Komunalny in Łąck – ul. Brzozowa 1, 09520 Łąck. 2. The subject of the contract includes the collection and disposal of waste from all residential, recreational, and properties notified for service by the Contracting Authority. 3. The contractor is obliged, as part of the implementation of the contract, to collect and dispose of municipal waste in a manner consistent with the applicable law, including taking into account the provisions of local law applicable in the area of the Gmina Łąck in the field of waste management.
