Slovakia – Historical monument or memorial construction work – Rekonštrukcia budovy SNM v Martine II.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works within the project „Ethnographic Museum in Martin“. The aim of the reconstruction is to improve the technical condition of the building, increase its energy efficiency and extend its lifespan, while preserving its historical value. The subject of the contract includes building modifications, namely the renovation of the facade, the replacement and repair of window frames and the reconstruction of the roof, including insulation. The subject of the contract also includes the reconstruction of the building's technical equipment, namely the distribution of plumbing, heating and ventilation. It further includes the complete modernisation of the electrical installation, including lighting, lightning protection and measurement and control systems.
