Slovakia – Construction work for halls of residence – "EDUTECH campus“ - Komplexná rekonštrukcia školského internátu
Description
The subject of the work is the complex reconstruction of a school dormitory located in the EDUTECH campus. The dormitory is a building with one basement floor and 7 above-ground floors. As part of the reconstruction, the internal spaces of the dormitory will be reconstructed, and on the floors where the accommodation units will be, the system will change from a room-based to a cell-based system, with each cell having its own sanitary facilities (bathroom with shower and WC). A new fire escape, 7.NP, will be added to the dormitory, which is currently realised as an attic and will be resolved as a new superstructure with a flat roof. Within the dormitory, there will be spaces for accommodation, teaching, administration, and operation. All internal installations will be new, the fire protection system of the object (EPS and HSP) will be supplemented, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof, and a battery storage facility for energy storage will be established in the basement of the building. Within the building, the elevator will be replaced. - The work must be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (hereinafter referred to as the "taxonomy regulation") as well as with the principle of "do no significant harm", which is contained in Article 9(4) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund, the Just Transition Fund and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, and the financial rules for those funds, as well as for the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Internal Security Fund and the Instrument for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy.
