The subject of the contract is the repair of ul. Falistej from ul. Obywatelskiej to pos. nr 183. 2.The scope of work includes the repair of ul. Falistej, namely: preparatory and demolition works, substructures, pavements, traffic safety equipment, street elements, road greenery, road drainage and other works in line with the contract subject description (design documentation), cost estimate (bill of quantities) and STWiORB. 3.The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the Contract Subject Description, being Annex 8 to SWZ, and the contract agreement provisions set out in Annex 9 to SWZ.
