France – Road construction works – Travaux d'infrastructure sur le territoire de Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération

This consultation concerns a framework agreement with subsequent contracts for infrastructure works on the territory of Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération. The services are divided into 2 lots. A maximum of 5 economic operators will be awarded (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). Each lot is the subject of a framework agreement awarded to several economic operators. This framework agreement is concluded for a purchasing group whose coordinator is Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération, which is responsible for awarding the present framework agreement. The members of the group, who each ensure, for their part, the execution of their needs, are as follows: Régie publique Eau Coeur d'Essonne and Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération. The framework agreement with subsequent contracts, without minimum and with maximum, is awarded in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded from 1 January 2027, or from the date of notification if the present contract is notified after 1 January 2027, until 31 December 2027. It is renewable 3 times for successive annual periods. As an indicative and non-contractual estimate, the framework agreement is 22 000 000 euros HT per year for all lots.
