Hungary – Computer equipment and supplies – Informatikai beszerzés DBR 2024

Creation of a Dynamic Procurement System (DBR) for the procurement of IT equipment, supplies, software licenses and related services for Budapest Gyógyfürdő and Hévízei Zrt. The estimated total value of the quantities to be ordered by the contracting authority during the operation period of the DBR (2 years) is: 110,000,000 Ft. The expected maximum size of individual contracts to be awarded under the DBR does not exceed 90,000,000 Ft. The contracting authority also draws attention to the fact that the procedure does not create a call-off obligation for it, and that the net estimated values defined by category represent the planned size. The contracting authority may deviate from this in the tendering phases. Categories (with reference to Kbt. 106.§ (4)) 1. Computers, servers, peripherals and related services Desktop computers, their accessories and components, portable computers and their accessories, other IT equipment, televisions, monitors and their accessories, add-ons, projectors and their accessories, components, add-ons, interactive boards, monitors and accessories and educational technology equipment with related services, servers, storage devices and components, accessories, other components, accessories, data carriers for existing IT equipment inventory; Estimated value: 58 million Ft 2. Network, security and telecommunications equipment and related services Network active and passive equipment, accessories, components; security equipment; telecommunications equipment; Estimated value: 14 million Ft 3. Small/large capacity printing devices. Accessories and components and related services Small/large capacity printing devices (min. 25 sheets/per colour and black-and-white printing + copy, and scanning function), toners, ink cartridges accessories and components for printers and copiers; Estimated value: 13 million Ft 4. Software and licenses IT security software, firewalls, operating systems, office applications, software licenses, database managers, virtualisation software licenses; Estimated value: 15 million Ft 5. Audiovisual equipment, uninterruptible power supplies, and related accessories, services Cameras, photo cameras and their accessories, audio/Video equipment, accessories, battery, accumulator, chargers, uninterruptible power supplies; Estimated value: 5 million Ft 6. Service elements related to the categories Installation, operation, testing, troubleshooting, support, consulting, development; Estimated value: 5 million Ft The further characteristics of the product categories, the technical description of the equipment is contained in the technical specification. During the operation of the DBR, the contracting authority shall, in accordance with Kbt. 107. § (2), provide the participating economic operators with the exact technical content and contractual conditions of the specific procurements to be implemented in the system simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders. Within this/these framework(s), the contracting authority shall determine which product category/ies the products and equipment included in the specific procurement belong to. The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with Kbt. 107. § (2), to define sub-tendering opportunities depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements, simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders.
