Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Neubau eines Laborgebäudes für das Landeslabor Berlin-Brandenburg in Frankfurt (Oder) | Technische Beratungsleistungen

The State Laboratory Berlin-Brandenburg (hereinafter referred to as LLBB) is the joint testing facility of the states of Berlin and Brandenburg. It performs sovereign testing and analysis tasks, particularly in the areas of food safety, veterinary medicine, environmental and health protection, and operates laboratory capacities at several locations. The Brandenburg State Office for Real Estate and Construction (hereinafter referred to as BLB) intends, as the client, to construct a new laboratory for the LLBB at the Frankfurt (Oder) site. The site is available as state-owned land; no land purchase is necessary. The PD has been commissioned by the BLB with the economic consulting and project management for the project. The technical consulting services advertised here are procured by the PD as a subcontractor service and provided within the scope of their contract with the BLB. Due to the specific technical requirements for laboratory planning, the technical consulting service is advertised in two lots: - Lot 1: „Technical Consulting – Planning and Construction” - Lot 2: „Technical Consulting – Laboratory Special Planning” The economic consulting services are provided by the PD. The legal consulting services are procured separately and provided by a legal advisor who has yet to be commissioned. Both services are not the subject of this tender.
