The Stiftung Schloss Marienburg intends to renovate the castle. The building is a listed monument. The historical fabric is to be preserved and maintained. The requirements from the monument protection demand particular caution and care from all companies involved in the construction, and close coordination with the construction management. In section 2.3, the renovation of damaged beam ends in the floor between the upper floor and the first attic floor of the east, west, and southeast wings is planned.
