The subject of the procurement in this call for tenders and its annexes are motor vehicles, footwear and accessories in accordance with the requirements described, for the use of the Finnish Police and the Åland Police Authority. The procurement is implemented as a joint procurement, in which, in addition to the Police Department, the Åland Police Authority participates by power of attorney. The Åland Police Authority is the second contracting party in the procurement contract. The call for tenders is divided into five (5) independent sub-sections. The mandatory and scored requirements for the products are set out in annexes 1-5 of the call for tenders. Annex 1 of the call for tenders concerns motorcycle and ATV riding gear and accessories, annex 2 concerns snowmobile riding gear and accessories, annex 3 concerns snowmobile overalls, annex 4 concerns long-top jackets and annex 5 concerns 3-layer waterproof and windproof fabric jackets.
