Bulgaria – Construction materials and associated items – „Доставка на строителни материали и свързаните с тях изделия за нуждите община Кюстендил и второстепенните разпоредители с бюджет“

The subject of this public procurement is the periodic supply of construction materials and related products for the needs of Kustendil Municipality and its secondary budgetary beneficiaries. The volume of the deliveries subject to the contract is determined by a written request, in accordance with the needs of the CONTRACTOR, without limitation on the number of requests over time. Each request is made by an authorized representative of the CONTRACTOR sent to the email or electronic system of the CONTRACTOR. Acceptance of each delivery is carried out on-site with the final recipient through a mutually signed acceptance protocol by type and quantity and presentation of an original tax invoice issued in the name of the respective beneficiary. All proposed items must meet the technical requirements of the CONTRACTOR or be equivalent to them. All costs related to the execution of the delivery to the final destination (the CONTRACTOR's site), including transport, insurance, packaging, labeling and loading/unloading activities, are entirely at the expense of the CONTRACTOR. The quantities indicated in the technical specification are forecast and the CONTRACTOR is not bound to their full absorption. If necessary, during the execution of the contract, the list of objects for delivery may be updated by including new ones or excluding existing ones, with the CONTRACTOR obliging to serve them under the same price and organizational conditions.
