The City of Vaasa / Housing Services Agency invites tenders for the coordination of building information models for construction projects, measurement and modelling services for construction projects, and visualisation services for construction projects. The scope of the framework agreement includes the coordination of building information models, measurement and modelling services, and visualisation services for the major renovation and new construction projects of public buildings owned by the City of Vaasa and managed by the Housing Services Agency (e.g. educational and training, cultural, sports and youth services, office and commercial buildings). Up to three (3) contract partners will be selected for each sub-area in order of priority. The task description and activities during the contract period are described in Annexes 1-3 of the tender. The contract period is three (3) years. The contract period begins from the date of signing the contract and ends three years from the date of signing the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract by one (1) option year following the end of the initial contract period. The use of the option year will be notified at the latest three months before the end of the initial contract period.
