Germany – Sewage-treatment plant construction work – Abwasseranlage Oberthal Güdesweiler (104) - Sanierung der Kläranlage Güdesweiler und Erneuerung der Regenwasserbehandlung

Demolition of the existing pond treatment plant and construction of a technical treatment plant with fine screen, circular sand trap, aeration tank (Biocos process), phosphate precipitation plant and sludge storage. Renewal of rainwater treatment with a separating structure, stormwater overflow basin, throttle/inlet pumping station, retention soil filter and outlet throttle. Construction of a functional building with a usable floor area of approx. 190 m² with workshop/storage, measuring room, WC room, NSHV/operational monitoring room, room for screen plant, room for sand trap, room for blower/compressor, room for service water system. The measure includes all services of building, mechanical and electrical/ instrumentation and control engineering as well as technical building equipment, inter alia: - Demolition of reinforced concrete ca. 320 m³ - Excavation and disposal of soil masses ca. 10,000 m³ - Delivery and installation of replacement soil ca. 8,500 m³ - Asphalt works ca. 2,000 m² - Production of reinforced concrete ca. 900 m³ - Sheet pile wall ca. 700 m² - Complete demolition of operational building
