Establishment of a Dynamic Procurement System for the supply of electricity to meet the electricity needs of AK for 36 months, based on full supply contracts, according to the tender documentation for the electricity consumption sites of the tenderers. Electricity procurement for tenderers is the procurement of electricity (commercial purchase) continuously available in the Hungarian electricity system, corresponding to the connection characteristics of the consumption sites, and in accordance with MSZ 50160, for the electricity supply, without a scheduled delivery obligation, under a full supply-based electricity supply contract.
