The subject of the procurement is the PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY OF OILS AND FATS FOR THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN'S KINDERGARTENS, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS AND STUDENT DORMITORIES. CPV code and title: 15400000-2 Animal or vegetable oils and fats

DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT

The subject of the procurement is the procurement and supply of oils and fats for the needs of children's kindergartens, primary and secondary schools and student dormitories (users) whose founder is the City of Zagreb. A list of users with addresses is attached to the procurement documentation. The healthiness and quality of food products/foodstuffs must be in accordance with the valid regulations on quality for the subject goods, i.e. in accordance with:

• Food Act (NN 18/23),

• Food Hygiene Act and microbiological criteria for food (NN 83/22),

• Food Information to Consumers Act (NN 56/13, 14/14, 56/16, 32/19)

• General Use Items Act (NN 39/13, 47/14, 114/18, 53/22) or

• Act on Materials and Items that come into direct contact with food (NN 25/13, 41/14, 114/18, 27/24),

• Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22, 59/23, 59/26), and the implementing regulations of national and EU legislation.
