In the context of the management of the asset, inspection and diagnostic frequencies have been established in order to have a good knowledge of the structural condition of the works. Thus, the Sèvres-Achères SAN and the South Emissary Doubling (DES) have been partially diagnosed in 2011. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a cleaning followed by an in-depth diagnostic of the work on this part. Emergency works could be carried out if necessary. The objective is to: - Reduce olfactory nuisances at the access manholes, by removing the materials responsible for their formation and by eliminating the gas emissions, - Restore the hydraulic capacity of the work by removing the deposits, - Carry out a structural diagnosis of the work and define the need to carry out rehabilitation works; The project consists of carrying out a dewatering of the work, the preparatory works post-cleaning, the implementation of the means necessary for mechanical cleaning, the removal of waste, their transport and their treatment in an adapted centre.
