The subject of the Contract is the management and supervision and control of the implementation of the Construction Contract during the execution of the Works within the project “Works on the railway line C–E 20 on the section Pilawa – Łuków”. The scope of the Contract also includes the Option for Extension for the scope of the basic task. A detailed description is found in the Contract Specification - hereinafter "CS", consisting of: Volume I - Instructions for Contractors - hereinafter IC, Volume II Contract Conditions - hereinafter CC, Volume III - Description of the Subject of the Contract - hereinafter DCS.
