The subject of the contract are services involving the preparation of detailed inventories (on-site measurements) of internal roads, pavements, squares, unpaved areas, and green areas located on cadastral plots managed or administered by the Real Estate Management Department in the Wola District of Warsaw. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the draft contractual provisions, which are an integral part of the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the draft contractual provisions. The contractor is obliged to have a civil liability insurance policy for the conducted activity, with an insurance sum of not less than 50 000,00 PLN for the entire duration of the contract. The planned allocation of funds in the contract: - 50% of the total gross remuneration in 2027 - 50% of the total gross remuneration in 2028.
