1. The subject of the contract is the provision to the Contracting Authority of services related to the exercise of investor supervision over the execution of construction works covered by the guaranteed scope within the task entitled: "Reconstruction to improve the energy efficiency of the building of the Tax Office in Tarnobrzeg at Wyspiańskiego Street 12". 2. The detailed scope and manner of execution of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ draft contractual provisions (contract template).
