The municipality wishes to conclude a similar Public Liability Insurance for the municipality as the existing one, with possibly improved coverage against competing premiums/costs, by 1 January 2027, with coverage for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, employer's liability and (sudden) environmental liability. For construction works, limited coverage for Liability and Existing Properties can be offered. The agreement will commence on 1 January 2027 and will run until 1 January 2030. After this, there is a mutual option to extend for a maximum of three (3) times twelve (12) months. The agreement will end automatically on 1 January 2033. The notice period for both the contractor and the municipality is five (5) months before 1 January 2030 and thereafter five (5) months before 1 January of the relevant year and must be communicated in writing to the other party.
