Netherlands – Banking services – Online betaalplatform (PSP)

Maastricht University (UM) is looking for a Payment Service Provider (PSP) to optimise, modernise and future-proof online payments. The aim of this procurement is to contract a reliable, secure, innovative and cost-effective Payment Service Provider (PSP) for handling all our online payments. The new payment platform must ensure a secure payment experience for our customers and employees and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The contract duration is 5 years with an option to extend 5 times 1 year (maximum contract duration is 10 years). A more detailed description of the assignment can be found in the annex.
